On the 21st and 22nd of Frebruary we got our third guest chef over, Leifur Kolbeinsson. Leifur is the head chef and owner of one of the oldest restaurants in Iceland, La Primavera ristorante. La primavera offer fine dining Northern Italian cuisine incorporating high quality Icelandic produce. Leifur put together a 6 course tasting menu, offering the best of La Primaveras menu to our guests. Accompanying Leifur was his wine expert Axel Aage Schiöth that offered an Italian wine pairing with the menu, putting the cherry on top of this culinary experience.
All our Italian food loving dinner guests will be happy to know that we will definitely repeat this in the near future.
