- Reindeer paté and Cumberland sauce
– - Beef tenderloin marinated with white truffle
- Pommes Anne with truffle mashed potatoes and mustard seeds
- Grilled and salt-baked celeriac with hazelnuts and creamy celeriac puré
- Bernaise sauce á la Sælkerabúðin and red wine glaze
– - Chocolate mousse with raspberries
Side dishes come fully cooked and ready to be heated and cooking instructions from Nielsen restaurant’s master chefs are included with the steak.

– - Ris á l’amand with cherries and caramel
